For owners of established businesses
Paperwork pays.
AI companies pay to license the records your business already keeps. You keep the originals, and Mintmark costs you nothing.

Why it pays
AI companies have read the internet. They haven't seen your job folders.
The models that answer questions and write code learned from what's public. How a business actually runs isn't public. It lives in your quotes, work orders, and inspection notes, and in the comments your people typed at the end of a long day. AI companies can't download that, so they pay to license it.
-
Paid for work you already did
The records already exist. There's nothing to build and no new system to learn: a 30-minute call, then a review of a sample.
-
It costs you nothing
You don't pay Mintmark. The buyer pays our fee, and you see the amount in writing before you sign anything.
-
You keep your records
The buyer gets a license to a scrubbed copy. You keep the originals and the ownership.
What you'll be paid: we won't guess on a web page.
Prices depend on the records and the buyer. A buyer puts a number in writing after seeing a sample, and pays you directly under the license you sign.
Who it's for
Usually, a business with 20 or more people and at least three years of detailed records in software. If yours is smaller, ask anyway. You'll get a straight answer on the call.
Privacy
“So you want all my files?” No.
Every owner asks that first, and it's the right question. You pick a sample, and the scrub runs on your own computer. Here's one work order before and after.

Your original records never leave your building. Only scrubbed records you've approved go out.

How it works
Three steps inside your building. One outside it.
Talk
A 30-minute call about what you keep and where it lives. If your records aren't a fit, you'll hear that on the call.
Scrub a sample
You pick the records. We read your customer agreements with you first, and the scrub runs on your own computer.
Check it
You see scrubbed records next to the originals and strike anything else. A sample you approve goes to one buyer first.
Sign and get paid
You see who the buyer is before you sign. They license the scrubbed copy and pay you directly. We'll ask you to have your own lawyer read it.
Until you sign a license, nothing is sold and you can walk away.
Questions owners ask
Do I give up my records?
No. You keep the originals and the ownership. A buyer licenses a scrubbed copy under written terms you've signed.
What about my agreements with customers?
We read them with you before anything is in scope. If a customer's terms keep their information private, those jobs stay out.
Does my customers' information leave my building?
No. The scrub runs on your premises. What goes out has been checked for names, contacts, and addresses, and you approve it first.
Who does Mintmark work for?
On the deals we bring today, the buyer pays our fee, so we don't negotiate for you against the buyer. We put that in writing before you start, and we'll ask you to have your own lawyer read the license.
Who buys the data?
Companies that build AI models, and the data firms that supply them. You see who the buyer is before you sign anything.
Who is behind Mintmark?
Mintmark is a trade name of Camino Cielo Labs, based in Santa Barbara, California. caminocielolabs.com
